With manufacturing located in upstate New York, USAI Lighting works to support local vendors and businesses as much as possible. We can assist with code compliance and specific requirements for governmental projects, such as Buy American.

Buy American Act (BAA)

We are proud to announce that all USAI Lighting products comply with the Buy American Act (BAA). We offer high quality indoor and outdoor lighting products that are BAA compliant. If your project needs to meet BAA requirements and you have questions, we are here to help.

The Buy American Act is a restrictive policy for federal government agencies and contractors to purchase goods. USAI Lighting is an American company that is privately owned and operated. We manufacture and design our LED lighting products in Upstate New York. All of our lighting products qualify as Domestic Construction Material and thus fully comply with the Buy American Act. If additional documentation is needed for code compliance or a project-specific request, please reach out to info@usailighting.com. We will work with you so you can confidently specify USAI Lighting on Buy American projects.
