Buy American Act (BAA)
USAI Lighting offers a wide range of high-quality lighting products for indoor, dry/damp, and wet locations. Certain configurations of these products can be manufactured to comply with the domestic product and materials requirements of the Buy American Act (BAA).
The Buy American Act is a federal procurement requirement that establishes federal contracting preferences for contractors who supply, and subcontract for, U.S.-made goods. USAI Lighting, a privately owned American company, designs and manufactures its LED lighting products in upstate New York. We are pleased to provide BAA compliance documentation as needed.

Build America, Buy America (BABA)
As part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), domestic content preferences now apply to a broad range of federally-funded state and local infrastructure projects. Certain configurations of our products can be manufactured to comply with the domestic product and materials requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).
